Site Reviews and Maintenance

Whether you have an existing site or we develop one for you we can provide you with regular reviews to determine the effectiveness of the solution. This is done in conjunction with yourselves. It usually involves analysing the site and internal statistics, investigating site feedback, making comparisons with similar sites, and takes current internet changes and technology advances into consideration. Once complete we can help suggest improvements for enhancing your internet presence.

It is suggested that a site review is performed every three to six months. If you have a requirement to update your solution regularly or your site incorporates a large database or a large number of pages, it is recommended that routine maintenance is performed. This can include anything from internal database and file system maintenance to providing new and varied artwork for web site pages.

We can provide maintenance services for your solution, and normally recommend a minimum number of hours a month. The number of hours, of course, relates to the exact requirements for maintenance. We are, of course, happy to discuss.
